Paralives Gameplay Mods You Need to Try
Life simulation gamers are so individual and each player wants a different experience.
This is what makes gameplay mods so important and these Paralives mods are so good.
They can change so many things by adding new gameplay, making your Parafolk so interesting and so much more.
Expanded Social Options
Since we are active with conversations in Paralives choosing different cards, it can feel repetitive when you play too much like I do.
With this mod you can get a whole bunch of new social options for your Parafolk with the desire to add more later!
School Uniform Mod
If you want your Parafolk to change their clothes when heading to school, this mod is for you! This mod will add an extra category to your Para’s outfits so they have a specific outfit that they will wear to school each day.
Static Romance Category
The most important conversation cards for romance appear under discuss state of relationship but this doesn’t come up every time. This mod makes it so that category of cards is always available if your Parafolk are in a relationship so you can do things like proposing, breaking up and more.
Searching Recipes Raises Food Skill
If you want to find recipes to cook your Parafolk can use a computer to do so, however, they don’t gain any skills when doing this. With this mod you’ll see a slight increase to your Para’s food knowledge skill when they are browsing for new recipes!
Babies and Toddlers Skill Overhaul
This mod gives your babies and toddlers a more interesting life! It will add new skills like movement and creativity to toddlers and add things like fine motor skills to babies.
ParaLottery
Playing the lottery isn’t for everyone, but if you want your Parafolk to have the opportunity to earn some crazy money you can add this mod!
Your Parafolk will use their phone to purchase a lottery ticket for 20 paradimes and they will have a chance to win 200 paradimes! That’s a pretty good return on investment if I do say so myself.
Thirst Need
In Paralives your characters eat, but they never have to drink. This mod changes that and makes it so your paras have a thirst need. You can click on a sink and choose to grab water to satisfy it.
Unlocked Intimacy Options
This mod is going to make it so you don’t have to have that conversation before being able to try for baby, that option will be available to any two Parafolk who have the romantic interest label.
Chronic Pain Paras
Living with chronic pain is exhausting and many of us want to have that for their Parafolk too!
This mod allows you to add a chronic pain lifestyle to your parafolk which will get them uncomfortable buffs, let them take medication to help them and even have things like their sleep need decaying quicker which is very realistic.
Functional Changing Tables
In Paralives you can only change a diaper by clicking on the Para and it feels very unrealistic. With this mod you can have a functional changing table giving it a much more realistic vibe.
Menstrual Cycles
If you want real life in the game, menstrual cycles are the way to do it. Half the population experiences this so adding it to the game makes it fun.
This mod enables periods, contraceptives and a variable pregnancy chance!
Functional Medicine
This mod is a wonderful one because it takes the pill bottles that are in the game already and makes it functional. You can click on this and choose to cure with pill if your parafolk is sick.
Faster Energy from Sleeping
Managing your Parafolk’s energy can be a pain and annoyingly, they need at least 8 hours of sleep. If you want them to spend less time sleeping this is the mod for you!
TV Cooking Tips
One of my favourite ways to learn to cook IRL is on TV or youtube, and your Parafolk can do this now too! This mod makes it so your Paras can get cooking tips on the TV.
Skills Book
In the other simulation game, skill books make it easy to earn skills without needing equipment. This mod adds some skill books so your parafolk can earn them simply!
No Adults Required
When you’re in the Paramaker you’ll notice that you have to have at least one adult aged Parafolk in your household. With this mod you can create child-only households and never have to deal with a stinky adult ever! Imagine the story telling you could do, it’s like Lord of The Flies!
